The evening of Valentine’s Day was the time and the Marshfield Community Center was the place for the second annual Romance Raffle, sponsored jointly by the Marshfield Rotary Club and Marshfield Area Community Foundation. The big prize of the night — which also included a silent auction, live auction and several smaller cash prizes — was a $5,000 payout to the last number left in a reverse raffle. Randy and Melissa Smith came out the winners of the grand prize, and received their “big check” from foundation president Chuck Replogle.
